After studying Economics and Politics in Paris, Bernard held management positions in several international banks, including Crédit Lyonnais, CCF and Paribas (France, Monaco and Switzerland). In 1994 he joined forces to buy a management company «PFM SA», based in Geneva, and now known as ATHENEE CAPITAL SA. Then in 2016 he contributed to the creation of MASCAREIGNES FINANCIAL MANAGEMENT Ltd, in Mauritius, of which he is the Executive Director. Bernard has more than 30 years of experience in private equity, family office and wealth management – advising international clients. He also has skills in loan origination and project financing.

Rajiv is an experienced investment professional and entrepreneur. He is currently the managing partner of Patrimonia Partners Ltd., which offers business development and marketing services in the African region. Previously, he was the founding CEO of investment dealer LCF Securities Ltd. (2010-2019) and Executive and co-owner of Confident Asset Management Ltd (1998-2010). Rajiv Lutchmiah holds a BSc. (Hons) Economics & Business Finance from Brunel University, UK. In addition, he has attended management & investment programmes at INSEAD and WITS Business School.

Uttam started his career in the global business sector in 1998, before joining Deloitte in Mauritius, granting him with a big expertise in legal, regulatory, compliance and tax aspects related to global affairs. He also developed successful experience within asset management companies, based in Europe, Dubai and India. More recently, he became Executive Director of a Management Company (MC) in Mauritius, in charge of its development and promotion, which was successfully sold in 2017 to an international financial group.
